Q: I found some fabric I like. Can you use it to make my dress?
A: Yes! If you find a fabric you love, I am more than willing to use that fabric. When you place your order please specify in the email that you would like to use your own fabric and I will provide you with the yardage that will be needed to complete the dress and the address to send the fabric to in your confirmation email. Q: I found a pattern I like. Can you use it to create my item?
A: Yes, all my dresses are designed for you by you. I am an experienced seamstress and can work with most patterns. When you place your order please specify in the email that you would like to use your own pattern and you will receive the address to send the pattern to in your confirmation email.
*Please note: all patterns must be complete, meaning
all pieces plus instructions have to be in the package.
Q: How long will it take for you to finish my dress?
A: Standard turnaround from initial down payment is 10-14 days. If you have selected any specialty options (addition of trim, petticoat,etc.) your order
may take longer. Your order confirmation
email will specify cost, time and
shipping details.
Q: Do you have any dresses that
are ready?
A: Yes, please check site regularly for up to date additions.
Q: What comes with the dress?
A: All dresses are designed to order.
Standard styles are available online. Personalized washing and care instructions come with all orders.
Q: Can I add button, trims, or
belt to my dress?
A: Yes, at a minimal cost depending on choice of accessory. Please see the Custom Orders page for more details.
Q: I have an idea for a dress,
can you make it?
A: I am not
currently set up for pattern making.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes,
for an additional cost. Please contact me by email for more details.
Q: What company do you use for
shipping?
A: United States Postal Service, standard ground.
Q: I need my dress fast! Can you rush my order?
A: I will
attempt to work with you to expedite your order. Please specify in your order the time line needed for your dress if it is a rush. I can also expedite shipping in order to speed up the receipt of your item.
